Our team members have a number of things in common, most notably a love of life and in particular a love for the Spanish lifestyle and the Los Vélez region. And we want to share this with you.
Three of us have relocated from the UK and between us we have a wealth of experience and contacts which are at your disposal, to help smooth your journey, whether you are thinking of relocating from the UK or other parts of Europe, or indeed, if you are moving from elsewhere in Spain.
Another thing the team have in common, is a genuine passion for property. Whether your dream is to live in a beautiful modern Villa with a built in BBQ , a Spanish 'terraza' and swimming pool to entertain family and friends, an old 'finca' or 'cortijo' in the country or a bargain town house to reform, we are on standby, to help you.

Meet the Team
Sarah is our most experienced estate agent, having started working with Woolwich Property Services in the south of England in the early 1990's, where she quickly progressed into property sales and management roles, which she later put to good use at Mann & Co and Countrywide Management Services and a number of local estate agents of the south coast.
Sarah had been a regular visitor to Spain for many years before finally taking the plunge and moving out here full time. Although she admits to having been a little apprehensive initially, she is now totally settled and loves her life in Spain.
"It's such a relaxed lifestyle. It feels like we have the best of all worlds! We live in the most beautiful spot surrounded by the Sierra de Maria mountains and yet we are less than an hour from the beach resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha. Most of the year we live outside and everyone is so friendly."
Andrew took early retirement and had no intention of doing anything except enjoying his new life in the sun. Instead, he started buying properties, renovating and letting them out. His interest in property became an obsession and starting a real estate business seemed a logical next step.
"It's insane that you can buy a property in a stunningly beautiful place like Velez-Blanco for the cost of a leased beach hut on the south coast of England. You really can live a fantastic life for peanuts out here. Come and have a look for yourself!"
Marta
Marta joined the business as translator but has quickly taken on running the office and taking an active role in IT, administration and customer support. A graduate of English from Granada and Edinburgh University, Marta has become a popular and indispensable part of the team.
"I love the work as it's so varied. You never know what each day will bring! I enjoy talking with clients and solving their problems."
Pearl
Pearl is the latest member of the Castle Homes team and brings with her plenty of experience with real estate and property. A big fan of Spanish period properties Pearl has enjoyed restoring and refurbishing both old property and furniture. Pearl, is based in Oria and looks after our property portfolio in Oria, Rambla de Oria and Partaloa.
