Our team members have a number of things in common, most notably a love of life and in particular a love of the Spanish lifestyle and the Los Vélez region. And we want to share it with you.
Three of us have moved from the UK and between us we have a wealth of experience and contacts who are at your disposal, to help facilitate your journey, whether you are thinking of moving from the UK or other parts of Europe, or indeed if you are moving from elsewhere in Spain.
Another thing the team has in common is a genuine passion for ownership. Whether your dream is to live in a beautiful modern villa with a built-in BBQ, a Spanish terrace and swimming pool to entertain family and friends, an old finca or cortijo in the countryside or a cheap town house to renovate, we are available to help.

Meet the Team
Sarah is our most experienced estate agent, having started working with Woolwich Property Services in the South of England in the early 1990s, where she progressed rapidly into property sales and management roles, which she then put into practice at Mann & Co and Countrywide Management Services and several other local estate agents on the South Coast since.
Sarah had been a regular visitor to Spain for many years before finally taking the plunge and moving here full-time. Although she admits to having been a little apprehensive at first, she is now fully settled and loves her life in Spain.
"It's a very relaxed lifestyle. It feels like we have the best of all worlds! We live in the most beautiful place surrounded by the Sierra de Maria mountains and yet we are less than an hour from the seaside resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha. Most of the year we live outdoors and everyone is very friendly."
Andrew took early retirement and had no intention of doing anything but enjoying his new life in the sun. Instead, he began buying properties, renovating them, and renting them out. His interest in real estate became an obsession and starting a real estate business seemed like the next logical step.
"It's crazy that you can buy a property in an incredibly beautiful place like Velez-Blanco for the cost of a rented beach hut on the south coast of England. You really can live a fantastic life for peanuts here. Come and see for yourself!"
Marta
Marta joined the company as a translator, but quickly took over the management of the office and took an active role in IT, administration and customer service. With a degree in English from the University of Granada and Edinburgh, Marta has become a popular and indispensable part of the team.
"I love the work, as it's so varied. You never know what each day will bring! I like to talk to customers and solve their problems."
Pearl
Pearl is the latest member of the Castle Homes team and brings with her a wealth of real estate and property experience. A big fan of Spanish-era properties, Pearl has enjoyed restoring and renovating old and furnished properties. Pearl, is based in Oria and looks after our portfolio of properties in Oria, Rambla de Oria, Partaloa and the Albox area."
